Just keep sweeping

We finished up putting new beddings in the stables of the horses and that means it is time to sweep again. After the morning routine ( which went quite quick because we got some outside help today ) I had to start sweeping the yard. It is hard work, but it is satisfying to see the result of your work once you've finished. Too bad it will be a mess again tommorow. Went riding on Aslan again today. When you ride him, he really does behave well. He listens well, he rides nicely, he doesn't scare as much anymore. It's just when you are in his stable with him when brushing or tacking him up that he doesn't behave. First he just goes to stand in the corner and tries to keep you away, then when you do get close to him and are actually brushing him or tacking him up, he starts to bite. I do get why the owner might not want to take care of him, but I heard that his previous owner was scared to death of him. That is a bit of an exeggeration. Annoying maybe, but not scary.

Het klink alsof je wel wat bereikt heb met 'jouw' paard. Hoe is het weer? We hadden wel geluk in het weekend volgens mij! Waren gezellige dagen. Het is een prachtig land. Het zit er al weer bijna op, gaat toch snel! See you soon. -
